A radiant Asin held up the Filmfare trophy for Best Debutante, dazzling more than the Anmol jewellery she wore!
“I’ve got a great welcome in Bollywood... and it’s a nice feeling to be nominated for both the Best Debutante and Best Actress for the same movie,” said the Ghajini star.
Asked about the other contenders for the award, she said, “I wish them luck!”
On music director-composer AR Rahman, who scored the music for Ghajini , winning awards for Jodhaa Akbar and Jaane Tu... right after his Oscar dream run, she said, “I’ve worked with him in two movies now and he will score the music for my next film as well. Just when you think he can go no further, he surprises you!”
