The former "Friends" star will help to present a live evening talk show channel itself on the new queen of talk show - Oprah Winfrey Network.
OWN will be released in the USA in spring and in Britain at the end of next year.
Aniston, 40, star of current hit movie "Love Happens", also co-producing the series.
Since Friends ended in 2004, Aniston was established as a Hollywood actor from the list in eight films, three of which £ 5 million won.
