Desperate’ Pitt wants to be single from Jolie!

Melbourne: Brad Pitt desperately wants to leave Angelina Jolie and family life, it has emerged.

The Hollywood star, who raises 6 children with the stunner, apparently wants to live life as a bachelor, reports The Daily Telegraph.

"He can’t let go of his bachelor lifestyle," a source told Britain’s Now magazine.

"He’s even looking at luxury flats in the Hollywood Hills to escape the kids and Ange,” the source added.

According to the source, it’s the couple’s PR machine which is keeping them together.

"Ange and her manager Geyer Kosinski carefully control her image,” explains the source.

"When Brad dumped Jen, to stop Ange looking like the scarlet woman she was flown to Pakistan and pictured helping refugees.
"When she sold the first photos of the twins to People magazine, it had to highlight her missionary work. She sometimes asks Brad what he thinks, but he’s mostly seen and not heard,” the insider added.

Broward Schools Virtual Counselor

Virtual Counselor,INDIAN RIVER COUNTY: Set the alarm clocks and sharpen those new pencils.

A new school year starts Monday for Indian River County public school students and it’ll be opening day for the county’s fourth middle school and first green school.

Storm Grove Middle School opens its $37.6 million campus in Vero Beach. The school is considered a “green” campus because it uses windows to provide natural light in classrooms and energy efficiency.

And a brand-new school without walls and doors also will open.

Starting with the new school year, all Florida school districts are required to offer virtual schools because of a 2008 law created to give parents more choice over how their children are educated. The Indian River virtual school is being run by virtual school providers Florida Virtual School and Florida Connections Academy.

For students, teachers and school staff not ready to give up the lazy days of summer, just two weeks away is Sept. 7 — the Labor Day holiday — giving all a three-day weekend.

Priyanka's got no reason to sweat it out

Priyanka Chopra definitely has one of the hottest bods in Bollywood, but the actress doesn’t spend long hours in the gym like her contemporaries.

A fact most girls must be jealous of, we are sure. Priyanka says, “I hate going to the gym. I was supposed to lose some weight after shooting a certain part of Fashion. But everyday when my trainer would turn up, I would give her some excuse to avoid my workout session. Soon she realised it and gave me a more outdoor kind of workout. That worked for me. Plus, I am blessed with great metabolism, so I don’t have to watch what I am eating.” Well some girls just have all the luck!

Miss India Universe 2009 Ekta Choudhry

Miss India Universe Ekta Choudhry, A group of Gurgaon hooligans have forced Ekta’s parents to cancel plans to attend the Miss Universe contest in Bahamas.

The last time we spoke to Miss India Universe Ekta Choudhry’s mother Rita Choudhry, she was really excited about being with Ekta on D-day, August 23 at the Bahamas. A homesick Ekta, too, told us that she was looking forward to meeting her parents.

However, it’s not to be and Ekta’s parents have cancelled their trip to the Bahamas.

The reason? A group of hooligans near their house have terrorized the family and Ekta’s parents are scared of travelling, in case the house is attacked in their absence. They have also filed a police complaint in this connection.

Ekta’s mother, sounding extremely harassed, told us, “We shifted to Gurgaon from Delhi seven to eight months ago and really regret our decision. There is a small teashop across the road and some hooligans, who sit there the entire day, keep passing cheap remarks. It was extremely upsetting and we complained about this to the police.”

She says, “We feel threatened and are worried that if we leave for Bahamas to attend the pageant, they might burgle our house. That is why we have cancelled our trip.” The threats have worsened once the teashop was shut down after the police complaint.

She explains, “The law and order situation in Gurgaon isn’t that good.”

She adds, “We haven’t told Ekta about this entire episode... we want her to focus on winning the crown. She has a big responsibility to handle. Our visas and tickets were ready but now we’re too scared to travel.”

On Ekta, she says, “She has bright chances of winning. When I spoke to her today, she told me her interview with the judges went very well. I hope God listens to our prayers and Ekta attains success.”
